The pool was a nice touch, though it was way too cold for my taste but that didn't stop my kid from splashing around like a little maniac.
It wasn't inexpensive but given the service and ambiance, it felt acceptable.

absolutely friendly staff in the following shift and nothing was trouble for them. the restaurant was excellent with excellent food, i tried delicious dishes. and there was a great view of the garden.
Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was very small.

The hotel is pleasant with nice pool and marvellous location near underground. Recently refurbished room, tasty breakfast options, exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent service, really good and welcoming staff during stay. Nice bar area. Smooth check-in...

Nothing! The staff was rude and unhelpful, management did apologize but it did not make up for poor impression... And that from a chain facility. We were most disappointed!

The breakfast was very poor if you are italian person... There was a lot of food to have an "internetional breakfast" but few food like brioches, cakes, differt type of yogurt ecc. Furthermore, I have celiac disease and I didn't find any food "gluten-free" like bread, biscuits or cakes...
